Refund & Returns Policy

At Tipsy, your comfort and satisfaction are our priority. However, due to the intimate nature of our products and strict hygiene protocols, we do not accept returns or exchanges once items have been dispatched—unless the product you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please note: Once a product leaves our facility, it cannot be resold—even if unopened.

Exchanges (Defective or Incorrect Items Only)

We will replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly. Please email us at info@tipsy.in within 7 days of delivery with your order details. Once approved, ship the item to:

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to you as store credit, depending on the situation.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

To confirm a COD order, customers must pay a partial advance of ₹99.

  • If the customer fails to accept the parcel after 3 delivery attempts, this advance payment will be non-refundable.

  • This policy helps us cover shipping and handling costs for undelivered parcels.
