Return & Cancellation Policy

At Tipsy we believe in complete customer satisfaction. If you have a defect related problem with the product or receive any product which you have not ordered, please call us at +91-120-2696110 so that we may assist you. You may return such defect related item / wrongly delivered item you purchased from us within 7 days from the day you receive your order. You may ask for a replacement or a refund. Returns are processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return. You will receive a full refund of the cost of the item(s). The refund will be given online to the account through which the payment is made within 10 business days

Please note, due to the intimate nature of lingerie we cannot accept return of Panties or worn or washed garments. All items must be in sealed packages or unused and no returned merchandise will be accepted unless it is unused, unwashed and in resell able condition.

1. My order has been shipped but I still can't track it. How can I find out where it is?

Tracking information may not be activated for the first 24 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 24 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please call us at +91-120-2696110 ( 11AM to 5PM) Indian Standard Time.

2. What is your Return Policy?

Tipsy has put in place no-hassle procedures to ensure that you can buy from us in confidence and return the item if it has size issues or if the item is faulty or not what you have ordered. Returns can be accepted within 7 working days from the date of receiving your parcel. Items can be accepted as returns only if it is been unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged and in resell able condition. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including:  polyester bags, hang tags. Panties cannot be returned for exchanged due to the intimate nature of the garment. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

3. When checking on the status of my order I received an "In Process" message. What does that mean?

"In Process" means that your order is in the early stages of shipping. The status will be updated as soon as your order is shipped.

4. How can I check the status of my order?

5. How can I use an Offer Code online?

Tipsy will run periodical offers only. Whenever there is an offer you can redeem the discount directly on the shopping page – where the discounts will be applied by default to your total invoice amount. For any other special offer – you will be sent a coupon code by email / sms and you can  mention the same on the check out page and avail your discount. Offer does not apply to gift vouchers,  gift wraps, shipping or taxes. Offers are valid while supplies last. Please see specific offer details for complete terms and conditions, including expiration date and other exceptions. All orders are subject to verification.

6. I received an gift voucher in an email. How can I use it?

Gift Voucher can be redeemed towards online purchases only. To use your Gift voucher you must shop online and mention the code in your voucher on the coupon code box which is on the check out page. Your gift voucher is a one time use voucher. And as you add items to your shopping bag, we'll deduct the voucher amount  from the total invoice value.

7. Why am I not able to log in to my account?

Please remember that usernames, email addresses and passwords are case sensitive. If you do not remember  your password , our Password Reminder will send you a new password to your email address. You can do it either at the sign in page or at check out. Click the forgot password button and check your email for the new password. Then fill in the password and login. Change your password immediately post login. This is to maintain your secrecy of the password. We never know your password, since it is computer generated and sent to your ID.
